1) Production Manager
BS in Mechanical / Production Engineering 5 to 8 years experience in manufacturing of centrifugal pumps and submersible motors in a reputed engineering co. Full working knowledge of pumps, motors, valves and related products. Knowledge and Machining Processes, machine tools, production planning and scheduling is must.
2) Mechanical Production Engineer
Diploma / B.SC in Mechanical Engineering 5 to 10 years experience in Mechanical Production. This position has direct responsibility for Mechanical Division Production. Knowledge of all related issues in manufacturing and production of mechanical parts of switchgear and powder coating plant. Must have knowledge of all manufacturing processes and procedures. Comprehensive knowledge and skill in manufacturing and sheet metal control panels, toolings must. Experience in Powder coating plant, paint shop desirable.
3) Electrical Production Engineer
Diploma/ BSC in Electrical Engineering 5 to 10 years experience in Electrical Production out of which 2-5 years experience in Siemens Sivacon Switchgear. This position has direct responsibility for Electrical Division Production. Must have knowledge & skills of all electric components (circuit breakers, distribution transformers) & wiring, assembling and testing. Knowledge in assembling processes and procedures (i.e. material reservation) and can estimate the delivery time for eact project. Project planning and scheduling.
4) Sheet Metal Fabricator
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Production
2-3 years experience in production of Siemens Sivacon sheet metal. Must be able to guide machine operators. Knowledge of sheet metal toolings, for CNC punching & Bending machine preferably Amada or Triumph.
5) IT System Administrator
Experience with the ability to install, configure, and maintain networks and related hardware and software. Knowledge of windows 2003 networking system is a must. Experience with Oracle systems is a plus. Network hardware, peripheral equipments, and network security systems. Identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operational problems. Ability to provide training.

5 years experience as spezcialized in sheet metal processing as mechanical engineer or technician, specialized for switchgears. Degree/Diploma holder
2) Programmer (CNC Punching Machine)
2-4 years experience in programming as technician, Knowledge in Auto CAD, specialized for switchgear design, knowledge in AMADA punching machine advantage.
3) Punching Machine Operator (CNC)
2 years experience as sheet metal CNC punching machine operator as technician, specialized for switchgears, knowledge in AMADA punching machine and auto- CAD advantage.
4) Bending Machine Operator (NC)
2 years experience as sheet metal NC bending machine operator as technician, specialized for switchgears, knowledge in AMADA bending machine and engineering drawing advantage.
5) Shearing Machine Operator (NC)
1 years experience as sheet metal NC shearing machine operator as technician, specialized for switchgears, knowledge engineering drawing advantage.
6) Bus bar fabrication operator 2K
2 years experience as spezcialized in buss bar system as technician ,specialized for switchgears. Novo press background advantage.
7) Welder
2-4 years experience in arc-welding ,MIG/MAG -,spot- ,stud welding as technician with licanse, specialized for panel boards advantage.
8) Painter for auto electrostatic powder coating
2 years experience as spezcialized in powder coating system as technician, specialized for switchgears.
9) Foreman for auto electrostatic powder coating
5 years experience as spezcialized in powdwer coating system as technician or chemical engineer, specialized for switchgears. Degree/Diploma holder
10) Panel Board Assembler
1-2 years experience as spezcialized in panel board assembly system as technician ,specialized for switchgears, incl. buss bar. with engineering drawing background
=> MANPOWER PUMP AND MOTOR DIVISION
1) Production Manager
B.E (Mech/Production, )5 to 8 years Exp in manufacturing of centrifugal pumps and submersible motors in any reputed Engineering Co. Sound knowledge of manufacturing process, machine tools desirable.
2) Production Engineer
Diploma Mech/Prod, 5 years Experience in reputed Engineering Co. in Manufacturing of Pumps & Submersible Motors up to 300 HP.
3) Customer Service Engineer
BE (Mechanical/ Production / Electrical), 5 years experience as customer service engineer in a reputed engineering co in manufacturing pumps and submersible motors. Good coordination and communication skills desirable.
4) CNC Lathe Machine Programmer/Operator
ITI / HSC, 5 years Experience in programming and operation of CNC lathe with FANUC control. Knowledge of Conventional lathe, CNC lathe tooling, Engineering materials and machining process must. Should be able to read and understand engineering drawings program and machine accordingly.
5) Senior Technician
Diploma /ITI, 5 to 7 years experience in fabrication of Dies for sheet metal components. Good knowledge of machining process, machines, tooling, metals must. Knowledge of tool steel and heat treatment process will be an added advantage. English language must.
6) Lathe Machine Operator
ITI with 5 years or 10 years Exp, 5 years Experience as lathe machine operator. Should be able to do machining according to the engineering drawings. Good knowledge of machine tools, machining process and metals must. English language must.
7) Welder
ITI – Welder – MIG/TIG / SMAW or 10 years Exp, 5 years Exp in fabrication of firefighting & booster pump sets ( base frame piping etc). Good knowledge of pump and piping components must. Should be able to read engineering drawings and fabricate accordingly.
8) Helper
5 years Experience in any engineering / manufacturing co. Should have experience in material handling equipments. English is a must.
9) Cylindrical Grinding Machine Operator
ITI with 5 years OR 10 years experience as grinding machine operator – Good experience in grinding of submersible motors shaft and rotors up to 2 meter long Should have sound knowledge of machine tools, measuring instruments etc.
10) Gear Hobbing machine operator
ITI with 5 years or 10 years experience as Gear Hobbing machine operator – should be able to do machine setting / gear adjustment according to gears design. Able to select the gear cutting tools, etc. Should have sound knowledge of machine tools measuring instruments etc
11) Submersible motor winder
ITI with 5 years or 10 years experience as motor winder – especially submersible motors. Good knowledge of motor winding procedure, winding testing, and assembly of submersible pumps. Knowledge of machine tools will be an added advantage.
